The Phileas Photography was chosen to record the evening of my 40th birthday celebration after seeing examples of their work and having a chat with them. My event was very intimate and low key but involved a performance from an 'important guest'. For myself, it was a once in a lifetime happening and I needed to make sure that the moment was captured perfectly. Also, the last thing I wanted either myself or my guests to have to worry about was taking photographs. I just wanted them to enjoy the evening. The night itself went extremely well and the photographer worked brilliantly within a close knit group and small environment. But, even better, 2 days later we received the images and were ecstatic! Key moments of the whole evening were amazingly captured and made me feel that the right decision had been made. Both my guests and myself had a great evening and without having to worry about snapping away ourselves we still got outstanding photos (of a much higher quality than we would ever have accomplished) at a price that made it a no-brainer. They provide a service which is second to none, successfully capturing some fantastically memorable moments at events hosted by Jennifer Casby Singing Studio recently (JCSS).
